I had 2 bikes serviced and they did a really good job. Told me the must dos and the nice to dos. Really explained what and why items needed repair. I am a happy customer and will be back.

Now really willing to help me, the owner was an a$$, as if i wasent good enought for there high end store, will NOT be going back

Great people, great shop and great service. They've been around a long time and love bicycles. Can't go wrong with Northwest!

I only took my son's bike to this place because it was close to home. Unfortunately they disappointed me. Friday I dropped off my son's Mongoose bike due to brake issues. The Cuban guy that works on the bikes was kind and very helpful. He said that it should cost close to $20 to simply fix the brakes. Also, he said that if he needed to replace anything, it would cost an additional $40. I said ok. Well, less than an hour of dropping off the bike, the owner called saying the bike was ready. I was tied up all weekend and only picked it up Sunday after church. They charged me $37!!!!! I asked the guy for details on the charges. The kid that was at the back working on bikes said he made some adjustments. Nothing was cleaned nor replaced... just a little tightening here and there for $37. I will not return and certainly do not recommend this place.
